Location:
All of our Locations are inside the United States.
Our Datacenter is Located in Texas. The Headquarter is found in Grand Junction, Colorado.
History and Goal:
HelpingHost.com was founded in May 2002 by a group of technology loving people, each at least 10 years of experience in the Field of Networking and System Administration.
Frustrated with the knowledge and service found in the hosting companies these days we decided to concentrate on high quality facilities and support staff combined with newest technology and features.
Technology:

A superior Datacenter:
A Tier IV datacenter facility located inside the well known INFOMART
telecom hotel near downtown Dallas.
Specializing in datacenter and
hosting facilities, INFOMART is home to multiple datacenters including
MCI, Level 3, Equinix, Verio, Switch & Data, Verizon, DataSides,
and more.
The building sits atop three redundant electrical grids from
TXU delivering diverse power to each quadrant of the building.
HVAC
needs are supplied via five one hundred ton onsite water chillers to
deliver N+1 cooling requirements.

The most powerfull Hosting Control Panel:
- The Hosting Control Panel choosen is the most feature
rich, stable and thought through Control Panel in the market.
- Lets you control every little detail of your Website and E-Mail.
- Constantly developed further to keep up with the demand.
The network is prected by a DDOS protection that will reduce the effects of an Denial of Service attack on your websites if it every happens.
All IPs on all servers are now protected by FireSlayer, a combination of custom-developed and commercially available anti Denial of Service (DoS) technologies.
When a DoS attack is launched against any server on our network, FireSlayer automatically allows the maximum amount of legitimate traffic through to the server while rejecting the maximum amount of illegitimate traffic.
Additionally we have application level firewalls specifically configured to protect every Servers and reduce the chance of a compromised Server.
All servers are now protected by TippingPoint, an innovative Intrusion Prevention System. The TippingPoint Intrusion Prevention System (IPS) delivers the most powerful network protection in the world. As packets pass through the IPS, they are fully inspected to determine whether they are legitimate or malicious. New filters are continuously fed to the IPS to keep it up-to-date against the latest vulnerabilities. Each filter can be thought of as a "Virtual Software Patch" that is created within the network to protect servers from attack.

Our Servers:
The Majority of our systems are Linux based some Servers are also using Windows 2003, all are Dell based.
Our CENTRAL Control Panel enables us to never need to mix applications on one Server. Most other Control Panels out there (PLESK for example ) require you to have Database, Web and Mail Service on every single machine. Not so with us.
Every Server only needs to serve one specific task. This enables us to configure the Server especially for its task.
The Mail Servers for example are using 15000RPM harddrives to achive an excellent performance. The MySQL/PostgreSQL Servers on the other side are equiped with more memory to accomplish superior speed for its task.
The result, unseen performance and the ability to adjust Server specs to what that server needs, without needing to compromise.
Routine maintenance on one Service does not effect the others at all. As an example, an upgrade or patch on the control panel will not not interput your website, database or e-mail service.
