Your E-Mail Accounts need to be setup in your control panel FIRST

To set up Outlook Express, follow the steps below:
1. Select Tools > Accounts
2. Click Add > Mail
3. Enter your name
4. Enter your email address
5. Enter the POP and SMTP servers
6. Enter your account / user name and password
Account name is the COMPLETE e-mail address that you have setup
in your Control Panel.
7. Click Finish

Click on Finish
9.The
Internet Accounts window should still be open. If it is not,
click Tools --> Email Accounts to open it.

Click the Mail tab, the Mail Accounts window appears

11. Click the account you just created, then click the Properties
button

Check the box beside My server requires authentication, then
click
the Settings button

Select Use same settings as my incoming mail server and click
OK
14.
Click Apply, then OK to close the properties window. The Internet
Accounts window will reappear.
15.
Click OK to exit the Internet Accounts window, your E-mail set-up
is complete.
