You can claim all your recurrent payments back if you decide to quit hosting during the MoneyBack period. Mind that the setup and Domain Registration fees are usually not returned.

To claim the money back, click Money Back on the control panel home page. The following page will appear:

After you click the first link, your account will be suspended:

The amount due will be refunded to your credit card or PayPal account.
