What are the connection settings for my MySQL database?

Remember to FIRST create the database from inside your hosting control panel!

The hostname to connect to is "mysql.helpinghost.com"; without the quotes (do not use "localhost", the mysql server is seperate from the web servers).

The database username and password needs to be entered exactly as you created it in the MySQL manager in your hosting control panel.

Additionally, please make sure you have added the database user to the access list for the corresponding database.

The port is 3306
