To enable Urchin Statistics, please login to our hosting control panel:

Click on weboptions:

Now if you have multiple domains in your account, click on the domain you would like to enable Urchin on.
Next, scroll down until you see "Urchin 5 Statistics"

Use the ON/OFF button to enable/disable Urchin.

Now Urchin has been enabled. It will take a day until you will see any results.
To see your Stats, click on the little Magnifier next to the ON button.
This will open a new window for your stats.

You also can visit https://cp.helpinghost.com:8181 and use your FTP username and password to login.
