If you are in the process of transferring a domain to HelpingHost.com you might be able to speed up the process as described here.
First, make sure that your domain transfer is waiting on the old registrar to approve the transfer. That means, you unlocked the domain, started the transfer process here at HelpingHost.com AND already approved the transfer yourself. If that is all done, your domain should now be waiting for the so-called losing registrar to approve the transfer.
You can just ask our customer service team to check for you or you can login to your HelpingHost.com portal and check.

If that is the case, you can now contact your OLD registrar and ask them to approve the domain transfer.
