Open your Outlook. Click on File -> Info -> Add Account.
In the window that opens enter the complete email address you are trying to access and click Connect.
After a moment Outlook 365 will ask you for your password. Enter your email address password that you setup when you created the email address in your control panel. Now click on Connect.
You will receive a security warning as you can see here. Click NO:
In the window that appears next, click “Change Account Settings”
Now change the incoming and outgoing mail server to: mail.helpinghost.com.

Click next, and if nothing was misspelled and the password is correct, the account will now be working in Outlook 365.
